Drop Us a Line

We are a small editorial team, and email is the one way to reach us. Write to mail@arizonavignettes.com and your message lands with the people who write and edit the site. There is no switchboard and no ticket system, just an inbox we check regularly.

Good reasons to write

  • You found a mistake. A rule that has changed, a calculation that looks wrong, a sentence that reads like a promise it should not make. Corrections are the messages we value most.
  • You have a question. If a game, a betting market or a piece of jargon still puzzles you after reading an article, ask. Good questions often become new pieces.
  • You have an idea. Tell us about a topic you would like explained, especially if you could not find a straight answer anywhere else.
  • Something is broken. A page that will not load properly or a link that leads nowhere.

Things we cannot help with

Because we are a magazine and not a gambling business, there are limits to what we can do:

  • We cannot look into, unlock or close a gambling account, and we have no access to any operator's systems.
  • We cannot settle a dispute with a casino or bookmaker. A licensed operator should name its regulator in its terms, and that regulator is usually the place to complain.
  • We cannot recommend where to play or which bets to place.
  • We cannot give personal financial or legal advice.

Please never send us passwords, card numbers or account details. We will never ask for them, and anyone claiming to be us who does is not.

If gambling is worrying you

If you are writing because gambling has started to cause problems for you or someone close to you, we will reply, but we are not counsellors. A national gambling helpline or your doctor can offer far more than we can. Our Gambling Responsibly page lists practical first steps you can take today.

What happens after you hit send

We aim to answer within a week, often sooner. If your message points out an error, we check it against the original source and, where you are right, correct the article and update its date. We may use a question as the starting point for a future article, but we will never publish your name or email address without asking first.

Your message is handled as set out on our Privacy & Data page: used only to reply to you and deleted once it is no longer needed.

Before you write

It helps to include the address of the page you are writing about and, for corrections, where you found the newer information. A sentence or two of context saves a round of back-and-forth and gets you a faster, better answer.

This opens your email app with the message ready to send to mail@arizonavignettes.com. Nothing is stored on this site.

Worth knowing

We read everything, but we are not a help desk

Questions about how a game or a price works are welcome, and so are corrections. What we cannot do is reach into a gambling account, settle a dispute or tell you where to play.

If your message is really about losing more than you can afford, we will reply, and we will gently point you towards a helpline or your doctor first.
